I've always wanted to create a space where women can experience one of life's simplest joys: finding a piece they love and adding it to their own personal collection.
I once heard someone say that clothes are our armor, and I couldn't agree more. What we wear tells a story. It reflects who we are, where we've been, and often who we aspire to become.
There is something so exciting about discovering that next perfect piece—the one you'll reach for again and again. The dress that reminds you of a special trip, the jacket inspired by someone whose style you admire, or the everyday staple that somehow makes you feel more like yourself. Clothing has a way of capturing memories, inspiring confidence, and helping us express our individuality without saying a word.
Romy embodies that fashion is about more than simply getting dressed. It's about finding inspiration in the everyday, building a wardrobe with intention, and embracing personal style with ease. I created Romy for women who appreciate timeless pieces, effortless style, and the joy that comes from feeling confident in what they wear.

Why Romy?
Choosing a name took longer than almost anything else. A name gives a brand its life, and I wanted this one to feel like more than just a boutique. To me, Romy is a place, a feeling, and a mindset. It's whatever you need it to be—a little escape, a fresh start, a favorite piece you'll reach for again and again.
The name itself carries so much of what inspired this brand. Romy (pronounced row-mee) has French roots meaning "dew of the sea," while also being connected to Rome. I've always felt most at home by the ocean, so having a subtle coastal connection was important to me. At the same time, a trip to Rome completely shifted the way I saw style. I fell in love with the effortless way people dressed, the slower pace, the cafés, the architecture, the colors, and the feeling that beauty could be found in everyday moments. I came home wanting to capture even a small piece of that feeling.
The name is personal in another way, too. My initials are ROM, and I wanted this brand to carry a piece of me without using my full name. Romy became that perfect balance—it feels timeless, feminine, and full of character.
More than anything, I hope Romy feels like a warm and peaceful place. Where you are reminded to walk a little slower, look what's around you and find inspiration wherever life takes you. Every piece is chosen with that feeling in mind—easy to wear, made to move with you, and inspired by beautiful places, people, and moments along the way.
